Patio Installation & Design on the Lake in Southwick, MA
Location: Southwick, MA Lake Congamond
This project location was challenging but the end result was amazing. We worked closely with Southwick conservation commission and DEP on behalf of the homeowner to form a plan for working within the lake buffer zone. Upon successful approval, precautions and stormwater management systems were put in place. Work included 2 retaining walls to tame a very steep slope that previously made access to the lake and dock very difficult and dangerous. We installed over 20 steps to navigate the grade changes. In addition, we installed a patio at the top of the area that consumed the majority of the back yard for backyard parties and BBQ's on the lake & build out a custom fire pit.
